No not the bay, the beer.
Tuesday is always beer tasting and this month we are featuring Heavy Seas Beers.
We had 3 excellent sails today with a nice SE breeze that took us down to the Bay Bridge and back a couple of times today.
Our 1st trip we had a group join us from the Edenwald Retirement Center from Towson,MD. They had hired Janet Williman from Historic Annapolis to come out and speak about the Naval Academy and the town of Annapolis.
On our 2nd trip we made it under the bridge and got to see one of the massive car carriers go under the center span as we approached.Cool!!
Michelle from Alaska and her husband were out celebrating their anniversary and were on a long driving trip from Alaska to Florida to spend the winter.Have fun! It should much warmer sailing there!
Our last sail of the day was our Heavy Seas beer tasting cruise. Featuring the award winning Gold Ale followed by Cutlass Amber Lager and finishing with a bang with Small Craft Warning. What a great evening.
Do not forget the Brewer’s Cup. Sept. 24th. Heavy Seas Beer(The reigning Champion) against Flying Dog Brewery…..Be there or be square. Come out and support your favorite beer and help cheer them to victory!!!!
Finished off with another wonderful Annapolis Sunset!!
