Between Thomas Point Light and the Bay Bridge was the ground (water) we covered today. It was a great day to be on the water.

We started out in the direction of Thomas Point Light and the winds were generous enough for us to head over toward Bloody Point on Kent Island after that.

On our way to Bloody Point we sailed by one of the many car carriers that bring new vehicles into the USA. These ships are massive and look like they shouldn’t even be floating.

And then on the way in to top it all off the winds picked up while we were reaching and crewmember Melanie was at the helm and got the speed to over 10 knots.Woohoo…way to go Melanie!!!

Another great day on the Bay…..till next time. Capt. Mickey
