Today was a delightful day on the water. We had sunny skies and a building southerly. The Brownies, on the first trip, were well behaved and attentive and enthusiastic. The rest of the passengers were with me in the cockpit. This worked out well, providing these passengers a chance to steer and for me to talk to them adult to adult. The flash cards were very helpful. The wind strengthened enough that the 4:00 trip we only carried 3 sails. On the sunset sail, we put up all four sails and spent most of the cruise flying across the bay and back. It is always fun to watch the various guests reaction when at the helm when we are moving that fast.
