David Gendell is a lifelong Annapolis sailor. He is the co-founder of SPINSHEET and PROPTALK magazines. He is the author of THOMAS POINT SHOAL LIGHTHOUSE, the only only book devoted to the iconic lighthouse located in the Chesapeake Bay off Annapolis.
