- We sail rain or shine.
- There are no refunds or exchanges unless the captain cancels the cruise due to unsafe conditions.
- The boat leaves on time, you will not be refunded if you miss the boat.
- We have a bar filled with local microbrews, wine and bubbly. You cannot bring your own alcohol.
- Pets are not allowed aboard, with the exception of “working” service dogs, which are permitted.
- A 10% Gratuity will be added to all reservations booking 9 or more tickets.

For groups buying individual tickets, that would like to sail on the same boat, please use the comment section ONLINE to alert us of the group name so we can try to keep your group together.
