Schooner Race Watch

We will be under sail with the schooners (and yes you’ll be sailing on one too). We will not cross the starting line, but we will be sailing around them as they come down from Baltimore just below the Chesapeake Bay Bridge.

Tickets include bottled water and soft drinks. Beer and wine are available for purchase.

Feel free to bring an individually packaged lunch to enjoy aboard. No buffets are allowed.

This sail departs from the US Sailboat Show — You must have a ticket to the US Sailboat Show in order to come sailing aboard the Woodwind. You can purchase a “Woodwind Combo Ticket” that includes one day discounted admission to the US Sailboat Show with your sailing cruise ticket.

If you already have admission to the US Sailboat Show, select “Boat Show Sailing Only” ticket at check out

$10 of each ticket purchased will be donated to the Great Chesapeake Bay Schooner Race, a non-profit organization that races to save the Bay with educational programs up and down the Chesapeake Bay.

• Departs from the US Sailboat Show Dock F2 promptly at 11:00 am and returns to the same dock at 1:30pm.
